Oh Tumblr,
you’ve changed somewhat since I saw you last. And become an awful lot more popular. I like the former, but I’m not so sure I like the latter.
However, though that may be, I do think it’s time to fire up the old Tumblchine again.

Cremation. It’s always seemed to me to be such a daft idea; it’s like a FASTPASS to hell.
The other day, I misspelt my own name. I don’t know how, and I don’t know why. But I wrote Stephen down. And by the time I realized it, it was too late. I thought “do I cross this out, or do I leave it?”. Well, crossing it out would’ve made me look stupid. So I left it. But now other people will spell it with a -ph- instead of a -v-. Oh well, -ph- is nicer anyway.
Guess who’s reading letters from Mexico? I am. You should try it sometime.
Self-service machines. They’re popping up everywhere. And they never fail to leave me with an immense - though wholly undue - sense of independence. The self-service check-outs at Tesco spring to mind. I always leave that place feeling on top of the world thanks to those little chaps.
